Yes, we take a minimum of 12 hours upfront. We also have a variety of packages with offers and discounts, including sibling and referral rewards. You can also pause your package hours at any time should you need to.   

You can make your payment on our website, or via local bank transfer. Once we’ve received your payment, a confirmation receipt will be sent to your email. We will send an invoice once your hours are due for renewal.

You will be entered into a Whatsapp group chat and are free to communicate with your tutor whenever you wish.

We provide everything for your child. Our tutors come prepared with English and Maths exercise books, stationery supplies, mini whiteboard and laminated resources. If there is anything specific that your child requires, please get in touch.

We don’t encourage this, but understand that sometimes it can’t be helped. We just require a 24 hour period otherwise the full hour will be charged.

Yes, we offer homework that reflects the learning that has taken place in the lesson. This will be a follow-on activity that the child can complete as independently as possible.

Our tutors will conduct a baseline assessment test, covering Maths, Phonics, English Writing and Reading. From this information, tutors will be able to plan future lessons accordingly.

Our qualified teachers teach from the British curriculum and they will tailor the lessons to reflect what your child is learning in school. We use Literacy Shed, White Rose Maths, Read, Write, Inc Phonics and Twinkl as our main schemes.
